We understand that not everyone wants to point their nameservers away, that is why we allow people to point A records. That being said, our automated system can't currently handle A record account setup. To setup an account with A records, here is what you do.
*Note: You must already have your name servers set. If you change your name servers in the future, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE MAKING THIS CHANGE!!!
- First thing, create an account if you haven't already.
- Next, Open a ticket under Technical Support.
- Next, enter the following title exactly "A Record Account Setup Request"
- Now fill in the following info for your ticket:
Domain Name:
Email:
Desired Plan:
- Finally, submit your ticket under "High Priority"

- We will setup your account within 1 business day. After your account is setup, you will be provided an IP Address for your A record.
- Please know that cPanel really likes for you to use nameservers. Without cPanel nameservers you can not easily add sub-domains or email accounts. To do this you will need to manually create the records on your name server. Some features of cPanel may not work correctly in all cases.
- We will generate your service and send you your invoice. You will have 14 days to pay the invoice or your account will be terminated. For this situation, we do not allow overdue invoices, your account will be terminated if it isn't paid within 14 days.
- You can still automatically generate an HTTP Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate. However, you may be unable to automatically apply paid certificates.
- You CAN NOT apply DNS certificates using this method.
